All sales are final. According to state regulation around cannabis sales, all cannabis purchases are considered final sales, except when the product is defective or recalled. In order to protect our patients privacy and to be compliant with ADHS, we are not able to give your allotment over the phone. You will need to come in and present your valid AZ Medical Marijuana Card so that way we are able to release this information to you. Feel free to login to the ADHS Patient Portal to check your allotment at home by visiting the homepage here.
When buying hemp-based CBD oil (must contain less than .3% of THC) you will not need a card.
