How Do I Place My Order?

Call To Place Order

Please call us at 520-620-9123 to place your delivery order. You will then be transferred over to our new and improved delivery department! Orders will be taken between 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Please note, there are only a certain amount of delivery slots available in a day (deliveries tend to book up by noon).

Placing Your Order

Once connected to our delivery team, you will be asked to review your information to confirm your identity and address. There are a few points to be aware of when placing a delivery order:

  • There is a $75 spending limit.
  • Delivery is available for patients within 20 miles of the dispensary, over 20 miles it out of range.
  • Delivery Fee will be applied: $5 within 10 miles – $10 within 20 miles
  • Transactions are cash only and the drivers do not carry change.
  • Drivers and patients must wear a mask during interactions for your protection.
  • Limited delivery available – the early bird gets the worm!
  • Any Delivery Charge is not a tip paid to your driver. Please reward your driver for awesomeness.
It Is Time For My Delivery – Now What?

Drivers will call to confirm your order 15-30 minutes before leaving the dispensary. Please answer to verify your delivery and total, driver’s will leave a detailed voicemail if there is no answer. To be sure we don’t catch you off guard, if you are unable to answer your phone your order will set aside to be delivered last – unless you are able to call back before the driver has left.

Orders are strategically mapped out to ensure drivers are using the most efficient route. We cannot guarantee your order to be delivered in a specific order.

Once arrived drivers will call to let you know they have arrived and are waiting in their car. Drivers will wait 10 minutes before leaving your house if you do not answer. They will attempt to knock on your door before leaving, so don’t leave them hanging! If we are unable to contact you, your order will be taken back to the dispensary and placed on the next available delivery time – an additional Delivery Fee will be applied (if delivery slots are available – otherwise will be set as a pick-up).

Delivery arrival times will vary – please allow up to 1-1 1/2 hours for your delivery to arrive.

Am I Able To Change My Order Once It Is Placed?

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please call at least one hour before your scheduled delivery time.  Once you have reached the one hour time frame and you still choose to change your order – your order will be bunked down to the next available delivery time. If your order is for 5pm and you wish to make a change after 4pm, please be aware you will be asked to pick-up your order (all orders are cancelled at 8pm every night that are not picked up).  Together we can help our drivers stay on time and get you your medication quicker!

Special Request

Please let your driver know of any special request and/or any tips for getting to your home, such as:

  • Apartment Building (building number/gate entry)
  • Dirt Roads, Detours
  • Gate Codes
  • Beware of Animals/Pets (please let your driver know if you have any pets that will be greeting them)
  • Contactless Delivery Available (let your driver know you would like to leave the money and have your product left at a specified spot outside your home)
  • Drivers vary daily – Request are available
